Adjustment Policy

A maximum of two adjustments will be allowed per service location per year. If we notify you of a leak on your property you need to have the repair completed within 2 months or no adjustment will be given. The only exception to this would be if you need major work performed and you submit a plan to the City with a timeline prior to the 2 month deadline.

If you have paid a plumber or bought parts to do the repair yourself, you need to submit the receipt. We will check your water consumption pattern to assure that the leak has been repaired before any adjustment will be calculated.

If a leak is noted in an irrigation system the system should be turned off as no adjustments are given on an irrigation system.

A pool courtesy will be granted only once per calendar year. Only the sewer portion is credited during one billing period so plan accordingly.
